Welcome to CandidaFree. By downloading, installing, or using the CandidaFree app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CandidaFree, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

CandidaFree is an educational mobile application providing a structured 21-day anti-candida protocol including meal plans, recipes, supplement guidance, lifestyle tips, and a candida assessment quiz.

3. Health disclaimer — NOT medical advice

CandidaFree does NOT provide medical advice. All content in the app is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before:

• Making significant changes to your diet
• Starting any supplement regimen
• Making decisions based on app content if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication

Reliance on any information provided by CandidaFree is solely at your own risk.

4. One-time purchase and lifetime access

CandidaFree is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the full protocol, including future content updates, for no additional fee.

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective terms.

5. Refunds

Refund requests must be made directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (play.google.com/store/account) according to their refund policies. We have no direct ability to issue refunds for store-processed transactions.

6. Intellectual property

All content in CandidaFree — including the 21-day protocol structure, recipes, supplement guide, quiz, PDFs, text, images, and code — is the property of the app owners and is protected by international copyright law. You may use the content for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Share your account or purchase with unauthorized users (beyond Family Sharing as provided by Apple/Google)
• Copy or redistribute the bonus PDFs to third parties

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandidaFree and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any adverse health outcomes, dietary reactions, or financial loss. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Age restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use CandidaFree. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
