2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your email:

• Your full name
• The email address used at checkout
• Your Hotmart order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
• Date of purchase

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request and verify your order, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are handled through Hotmart's payment platform and will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

CandidaFree is a digital product delivered instantly via Hotmart upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods:

• The product is non-transferable and licensed to a single user.
• Access credentials and digital content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
• Upon refund approval, your access to the program will be revoked.
