CandidaFree ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information we collect

CandidaFree is designed to minimize data collection. Most information stays entirely on your device.

Stored locally on your device (never sent to us):

• Your current protocol day (1–21)
• Your quiz answers and result
• Your meal completion checkmarks
• Your language preference
• Your onboarding status

Data processed by third parties:

• RevenueCat — manages your in-app purchase status (lifetime access). Only receives your anonymous device ID and purchase confirmation.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — handles the one-time payment. We never receive your credit card details.

2. How we use information

The limited data we process is used exclusively to:

• Verify your lifetime purchase on app reinstalls or device changes
• Provide customer support if you contact us

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. Ever.

3. Data sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. The only data processors we use are:

• RevenueCat (purchase verification)
• Apple/Google (payment processing)

4. Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and similar regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

5. Data retention

Local data on your device is retained until you delete the app. Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat as long as you maintain lifetime access.

6. Children's privacy

CandidaFree is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us for deletion.

7. Health disclaimer

CandidaFree is an educational tool. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, particularly if pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be announced through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
